ϟ Christmas at 22

The most unique Christmas I’ve ever had.

This is the first time I’ve been away from home for both Christmas eve and day. The first time I wasnt with either of my parents.

It was a mellow year. We went out to dinner last night and baked cookies. There werent many gifts this year but we opened what we had this morning.

I made dinner and Allyson came over. Roast strip loin, potatoes au gratin, creamed corn and glazed carrots. Then we had cannolis from Mikes and Allyson’s grandma’s cookies.

We finished off the night with a board game and White Christmas before I drove Allyson home.

So lets turn on the TV and wait for Christmas specials, we’ll make some frozen pizza and watch your stolen cable. We’ll thank whoever’s in charge here that this year didn’t treat me so bad.
